Professional Experience

Amy concentrates her practice on the development, sale, and leasing of commercial office, shopping center, and industrial properties and representing clients in other landlord/tenant issues.  Amy also has experience with the formation and filing requirements for businesses including limited liability companies and partnerships.

Prior to joining the Holiday Law Firm P.C., Amy was an associate with Vacovec, Mayotte & Singer LLP. During law school Amy worked as a law clerk for Murray & Quill, P.C. researching zoning and title issues, recording documents at the Registry of Deeds, and assisting with residential real estate closings. Before attending law school Amy gained extensive experience in commercial property development and management with more than 8 years with Cummings Properties in Woburn, Massachusetts. At Cummings Properties Amy was involved in leasing and property management as well as negotiating construction contractor and supplier contracts.
