Professional Experience

Roseann concentrates her practice on Shopping Center leasing, on both Landlord and Tenant forms. Prior to joining the Holiday Law Firm, Roseann was a Director, Real Estate Counsel for Chico’s FAS, Inc., during a 350 store–wide expansion, and Senior Counsel for Retail Brand Alliance, Inc., during the acquisition of Brooks Brothers.

Roseann’s background also includes in-house positions with The Long Island Savings Bank, drafting commercial loan documents for new business lines, and Bank of New England/RECOLL, where she litigated and restructured failed commercial real estate loans.
